We have partnered with the best salt manufacturer in Iceland to create the perfect foundation for our Umami Sea Salt. This exceptional sea salt is produced using 100% geothermal energy, making it one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly salts in the world.

The process begins with filtering the seawater to remove impurities while preserving its natural mineral content. The water is then heated using geothermal energy, allowing the salinity level to rise naturally. Once the brine reaches the ideal concentration, it is transferred to open pans, where the salt crystals form as delicate pyramids. Skilled artisans hand-harvest the flakes at just the right moment to ensure the perfect texture and taste.

Every step of the process—from evaporation to drying—is powered by geothermal energy, resulting in an exceptionally pure and sustainable sea salt with virtually no carbon footprint.
